Hopkins and Company is a boutique hospitality group in Atlanta, Georgia. Guided by Gina and Chef Linton Hopkins, we are a team of dedicated professionals championing integrity and generosity in the restaurant industry. Though no two roles are the same, each individual is connected through a shared commitment to great service, celebrating one another, and serving the highest quality food and beverage available.
Founded in 2004, our locations include Holeman & Finch Public House, C. Ellet’s Steakhouse, Holeman & Finch Bottle Shop, H&F Burger, Hop's Chicken, and The Buttery ATL. Gina Hopkins is a Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers and a James Beard Foundation Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Fellow. Chef Linton Hopkins holds a James Beard Award for Best Chef Southeast and together, they have numerous other accolades for excellence in cuisine and hospitality.

Holeman and Finch Public House
Located in the heart of midtown in Colony Square, Holeman and Finch Public House is a classic gastropub turned modern destination. The restaurant presents artisanal twists on classic dishes with a whole animal, whole vegetable philosophy.
The BUTTERY ATL
Freshly baked breads and pastries, artisan cheeses, beers and wines, and ready-to-go lunch and dinners can all be found at our charming small market, The Buttery ATL. We have a team of talented culinary professionals that are dedicated to honest, delicious cooking and feeding our community.
C. Ellet’s Steakhouse
C. Ellet’s is an American steak and seafood restaurant celebrating the spirit of New Orleans cuisine and the area’s freshest seasonal ingredients. The premier dining destination in the Battery Atlanta, the restaurant is the place to be when cheering the home team.
Hop’s Chicken
Located next to H&F Burger at Ponce City Market, Hop’s is a fun place for the whole family. With buckets of fried chicken, the cheesiest mac & cheese, and their famous Arnold Palmers, theres something for everyone!
Holeman and Finch Bottle Shop
Located in Peachtree Battle Shopping Center, we offer well-known and artisan wine, spirits and brews. Our staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We have a concierge service and a large selection of bar accessories. \
H&F Burger
Located in Ponce City Market, H&F Burger offers two dining options - dine in with our counter style seating or quick service at our takeout window. The menu offers the classic double-stack and other favorites like our Texas Rodeo Burger and Ave’s Turkey Burger. No matter when you visit, It’s Burger Time.
