C.Ellet's requires a 50% non-refundable deposit for all events and a booking is not considered definite until a contract is signed and returned with valid payment information. All remaining balances are due in full at the conclusion of the event. Major credit cards and cash are accepted. Checks (personal or corporate) will not be accepted within one month of the event. All deposis are non-refundable and non-transferable. If the event is canceled within eight (8) weeks of a reservation, payment in full of minimum listed on this contract is required. All deposits will be credited towards this minimum, and the balance will be placed on credit card on file. A 20% gratuity and 6% sales tax applied to all food and beverage prices quoted. The final guaranteed guest count is required three (3) business days prior to the event. Should you not provide a final guest count, C.Ellet's will use the most current number provided. Should your guest count increase, please contact us immediately. We will gladly work with you to make accommodations when possible. C. Ellet's provides complimentary white linens, napkins, and centerpieces.
